- Our terms and conditions are applicable to every offer from ANGELS HAVE WINGS to you as a customer.
- Your order implies the agreement of our terms and conditions.
- A mutual guarantee and commitment for a fast settlement of controversies through arbitration forms part of the general conditions mentioned at the bottom.
- The order is final from the moment you receive an order confirmation email from ANGELS HAVE WINGS and when ANGELS HAVE WINGS receives your payment.
- We only accept transfers to our bank account.
- If an offer is of limited duration (for example a promotion) or if certain conditions apply, it shall be explicitly stated in the offer.
- ANGELS HAVE WINGS describes the products in a full and accurate manner. When in doubt about your size, we offer to help you with the necessary information to be found below the description of every item.
- Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer cannot bind us.
- The colours and texts are unique and can not be delivered in different combinations other then on the pictures shown.
Payment implies confirmation of the terms and conditions.
- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days after delivery. The item can be returned without a reason. However direct costs involved in the return of your order will be borne by you.
- All items must be returned in an unwashed, unused, unworn and unaltered condition. Should you choose to return your order, any risk, loss or damage during transit will be at your liability.
- The return address can be found on the BPost ticket.
- As long as the returned item has not been received at the return address a refund can be refused. We do not refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
- All goods will be delivered to the shipping address provided. Please ensure that the country, city and post code/zip code are correct. We are not liable for incorrect addresses.
- Once your order has been confirmed, we endeavour to dispatch purchases within +/- 4 working days of confirming your order. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.
- Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery:
- BeNeLux: € 3,95 for packages smaller than 5 kg
- Rest of Europe: € 11,95 for packages smaller than 5 kg
- Rest of the world: € on demand
- All orders will be delivered Monday through Friday from 9 a.m to 5 p.m and require no signature. There will be no delivery during weekends or public holidays.
- Shipping will be done via BPost. You can trace your order with e-Tracker. We will provide you with a link to track your order online.
- ANGELS HAVE WINGS is not liable for loss, damage, delayed delivery or non-delivery by our shipping-agent.
- Every product is shown including tax/vat. Shipping costs are detailed above and appear automatically on your invoice.
- The customer is bound by the price accepted during the ordering process and detailed in the confirmation email. Obvious errors in price setting by ANGELS HAVE WINGS can be corrected by ANGELS HAVE WINGS at all times.
- We never guarantee for defects caused by accidents, not following the washing instructions, incorrect use, ...
- The following washing prescriptions count for our goods:
- Machine wash 30° or hand wash
- Tumble dry on low temperatures
- Wash inside out
- Use mild detergent
- Do NOT iron on print
- Avoid chlorine bleach
- ANGELS HAVE WINGS may -in case of force majeur- suspend the execution of its obligations for the duration of the force majeur or cancel the agreement.
- Force majeur is every circumstance outside our will or control that prevent, fully or partly, the fullfilment of our obligations. Examples of force majeur are: strikes, work interruptions, fire, delays in transport from our supplier, interruptions in a network or communication system, the non-availability of our website.
- Our website, logo, text, product name, pictures and general communications are protected by intellectual protection rights.
- It is prohibited to copy or reproduce ANGEL HAVE WINGS pictures, names or logos without our prior and explicit consent except for marketing purposes on social media.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE AND DISPUTES
- We do hope that all our customers are always 100% satisfied. If nevertheless you would have a complaint concerning our products, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We will do our best to deal with your complaint within 3 working days.
- As a mutual guarantee and commitment for a fast settlement of controversies through arbitration, B.A.I. - Belgische Arbitrage Instelling - is charged with the appointment of arbitrators who will be authorized to settle for good any controversy arising from the current document as to the interpretation, the execution or the dissolution, in conformity with its regulations for operation that can be obtained free of charge at B.A.I., Lieven Bauwensstraat 20 at 8200 Brugge (tel.+32 50/32.35.95 and fax +32 50/45.60.74). This clause replaces all other clauses contrary to it, also those mentioned on the back.
